My personal fitness journey began in high school and has evolved from
injury rehab to basic movement competency to strength, hypertrophy,
and body composition focused programming. While my specialty is physique specific training, much of my methodology is centered on movement quality and strength development. I draw heavily on my background in Classical Ballet and Pilates as well as my experience in the gym to create an experience that leaves clients feeling highly capable in any fitness space.
I place great importance on the ability of my clients to execute any movement with competency and skill. Through my years of training I’ve found that helping clients recognize how much control they have over their own bodies and lives is a truly empowering process. I want you to enjoy working with me, but ultimately I hope to educate and empower you so you no longer need my services.
